GARDEN ISLAND BUILDING 103

DemCox was approached to produce the workshop drawings for the refurbishment of Building 103 at Garden Island. The new use of the building made it necessary to replace some of the old timber structure with steel beams and columns. Internal stairs were also brought up to today's standards by replacing the existing ones with new steel stairs. Outside the building an old timber awning was replaced with a modern steel structure.
