Drafting and Steel Detailing
DemCox offers a range of drafting services. Specialising in shop drawings for steel, cabinetry and plastic fabrication workshops, we pride ourselves on accuracy and efficiency. With a strong background in manufacturing and site work, we know the importance of gathering the correct information so we can get it right the first time.
Bring us your engineering drawings, concept drawings, hand sketches or tell us what you want designed. We will give you back everything you need to get the job built, from individual detail drawings and bills of materials, to site lay outs and construction instructions. We will perform site inspections or come to your factory to inspect what needs to be done.
We use a range of industry standard programs, so if you need files for laser, router or any other CNC based cutting services, we can organise them easily.
OH & S Services
DemCox offers to get you up to date with your occupational health and safety plans, work method statements and quality plans. OH & S regulations require you to have your paperwork up to date when working on building sites and it is becoming more and more important.
Structural Engineering
DemCox uses the latest engineering programs to calculate the most efficient solutions for your specific project. We will then produce accurate detailed workshop drawings and also verify against finished product through necessary on-site services.
DemCox will handle all submissions of drawings to the relevant bodies involved with your project. Whether it be concrete, steel or timber structures, DemCox will provide all services and project management necessary.
3d Modelling
Using the most up-to-date CAD software, DemCox is able to bring to life any concept from any format. We can create photo-realistic images, line drawings or artist impressions of products, architecture or structural components from:
- 2-D or 3-D CAD files (most formats)
- Hand-drawn plans or sketches
- A finished product
- Or simply bring us your ideas
CNC Routing
Our CNC cutting service is a hassle-free way of cutting any non ferrous materials.
With 2-D, 2½-D and 3-D machining capability, DemCox can cut anything from simple circles, lettering or cabinets to more complex objects such as female or male molds for vacuum forming, boat building and packaging industries.
We will do one-off jobs or multiple runs. With a bed size of 1800mm x 3600mm we can cut most oversized sheets so you get the best sheet yield possible.

Our designers have a range of industry experience including:

We give you a professional concept, laid out with as many views, plans and elevations as you need. It can be delivered as a soft copy, hard copy or both.
With extensive knowledge of construction techniques, once the design is finalised, our designers will detail your jobs, prepare files for CNC machinery if needed or wanted, and send you the plans as soft or hard copies.
